Située sur les hauteurs d’Aix-en-Provence, à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville, La Mazarine bénéficie d’un cadre exceptionnel avec vue sur la Montagne Sainte-Victoire et, au loin, sur le massif de la Sainte-Baume.
La maison, conçue dans les années 80 par l’architecte José Levasseur, est une maison familiale contemporaine pensée pour conjuguer convivialité et détente.

Séjourner à La Mazarine : nos formules principales

  • les chambres d’hôtes : dans la Petite Mazarine, deux chambres indépendantes avec salle de bain et toilettes privées (Wax et Suzini). 

  • le gîte : la Petite Mazarine peut être privatisée comme gîte, avec les chambres Wax et Suzini, pour accueillir 4 personnes. Possibilité d’une 3e chambre sur demande. Vous bénéficiez d’une cuisine aménagée, un salon / espace repas et un patio donnant sur le bassin.      Vous profitez également de la piscine.

Ces deux formules constituent l’essence de l’accueil à La Mazarine :   un lieu où l’on peut à la fois préserver son intimité et partager des moments de convivialité.

 Sur demande, il est possible de privatiser l’ensemble de la maison (Grande Maison + Petite Mazarine) pour accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes dans 5 chambres.

Une maison vivante toute l’année

L’été, la vie se déroule à l’extérieur : piscine, ping-pong, trampoline, plancha, repas en terrasse ou farniente sur les transats.
En hiver, on aime se retrouver autour du poêle, partager un apéritif      ou cuisiner ensemble dans la grande cuisine familiale.

Perched on the hills above Aix-en-Provence, just 10 minutes from the historic city center, La Mazarine enjoys a breathtaking setting with views of Mont Sainte-Victoire and, in the distance, the Sainte-Baume mountains.
Designed in the 1980s by architect José Levasseur, this contemporary family home was imagined as a place to combine relaxation and conviviality.

Staying at La Mazarine: Our Main Options

  • Bed & Breakfast: In La Petite Mazarine, you’ll find two independent guest rooms (Wax and Suzini), each with its own private bathroom and toilet.

  • The cottage: La Petite Mazarine can also be booked as a self-catering gîte, with 2 bedrooms for 4 guests (a 3rd bedroom available on request), a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, and a patio overlooking the pond. Guests also enjoy access to the swimming pool and outdoor spaces.

These two options are at the heart of La Mazarine’s spirit: a place where you can both enjoy privacy and share moments of conviviality.

A Special Occasion Stay

On request only, it is possible to rent the entire property (the Main House + La Petite Mazarine), offering 5 bedrooms and accommodating up to 10 guests.

In summer, life flows outdoors: swimming pool, table tennis, trampoline, plancha barbecues, al fresco dining, or simply relaxing on the loungers.
In winter, guests love gathering around the wood-burning stove, sharing an aperitif, or cooking together in the spacious family kitchen.
